Moorestown Police Reports for Dec. 19 to Dec. 23

The following information is on file with the Moorestown Police Department:

On Dec. 19, a 26-year-old man of Hainesport was arrested and charged with shoplifting. He took men’s clothing from Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall for total value of $470. He was released on a summons.

On Dec. 20, a 19-year-old woman of Philadelphia was arrested and charged with shoplifting. She took various merchandise from Marshalls Department Store on Route 38 and placed the items in a laundry basket. Total value of the theft was $598.72. She was released on a summons.

On Dec. 21, a 18-year-old man of Moorestown was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. The officer was checking on occupied parked vehicle, which resulted in charges. He was released on a summons.

On Dec. 21, a 27-year-old man of Maple Shade was arrested and charged with theft by deception. While employed at Kmart on Route 38 he stole a total of $85.26 on several occasions by transferring store rewards points from transactions onto his own personal rewards card which he later redeemed for store merchandise and gift cards. He was released on a summons.

On Dec. 21, a 50-year-old female of Voorhees was arrested and charged with shoplifting. She concealed merchandise in a bag and put a pair of shoes on at Macy’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall for a total value $1,065. She was released on a summons.
