Haddonfield Neighborhood Watch reports burglaries, attempted burglaries

Update for Neighborhood Watch: Police are investigating three overnight burglaries to residences that were left unsecured and two attempted burglaries to residences that were secured. All of the residences were occupied at the time of the incidents.

The incidents occurred in the 200 and 300 blocks of Rhoads, the 200 block of Hawthorne, the 600 block of Maple and the 400 block of Beechwood.

A suspect described as a male wearing a white hoodie and black pants was reportedly observed in the area.

Anyone who may have observed anything or anyone suspicious in those areas should contact the Haddonfield Police at (856) 429–3000.

Additionally, several unlocked vehicles were burglarized in the Southeast section (Lincoln, Spruce) of town earlier this week. The window of a locked vehicle was broken out and a purse was stolen from the front seat.

Residents are reminded to keep vehicles and residences secured and to keep valuables out of view.
