I write this letter in support of my dear friends, Jason Ravitz and Michelle Nocito, for Voorhees Township Committee.
Jason and Michelle are long time residents of Voorhees who have immersed themselves into our community. Jason is a member of the JCC Board of Directors and Ravitz Family Foundation. He is also vice-chair of the JCC Annual Sports Awards Fundraiser and a member of the Alicia Rose Victorious Foundation Advisory Board. Michelle is the HPFA co-president of E.T. Hamilton School and president of the Voorhees Cultural and Diversity Foundation. She is also a volunteer in the Voorhees Soccer Association.
Both have extensive business backgrounds, which are important in helping craft our municipal budget. Jason is a graduate of Emory University and is vice-president of retail operations for the Ravitz Family ShopRites. Michelle is a graduate of Drexel University where she also earned her masters in business administration. She is a financial advisor and managing director for Amerprise Financial.
Jason and Michelle have also volunteered their time to our local government as members of the Voorhees Township Planning Board.
Most importantly, Jason and Michelle are good people who will join my commitment to making sure our home that we call Voorhees is left a better place for our children and grandchildren.
