Moorestown Police reports for Sept. 19 to Sept. 24

The following reports are on file with the Moorestown Police Department:

On Sept. 19, as a result of Mall security reporting a subject harassing others a 21-year-old man of Marlton was charged on a special summons with hindering by giving a false name to law enforcement officer.

On Sept. 19, a Sea Doo jet ski and trailer were reported stolen from Camden Ave. The estimated value of the theft is $7,000.

On Sept. 21, a business on Lancer Drive reported a company work van broken into by smashing a window. An unknown amount and value of tools were taken.

On Sept. 24, a 19-year-old of Moorestown was arrested for shoplifting and resisting arrest. The man took men’s clothing from Sears Department Store in the Moorestown Mall and concealed the clothing in a backpack. The value of the merchandise was $178. He then was uncooperative with the arresting officer while attempting to place him under arrest. He was released on summonses.
