St Mary of the Lakes Church located at 40 Jackson Road in Medford will host its annual Health Fair and Flu Shot clinic on Oct. 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon at the Emmaus Center next to the church.
Flu shots will be administered by Rite Aid of Medford. Flu, pneumonia and Prevnar 13 shots are available. Regular flu shots are $31.99, high dose flu shots are $66.39. If you have Medicare, be sure to bring your Medicare card with you. If you are not on Medicare, check your health insurance plan for information regarding payment. Bring private insurance cards with you as well.
St Mary’s Parish Health Ministry will also feature at this Health Fair: Hospice information provided by Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association, chair massage, prayer shawl ministry, reflexology by Barb, and nutrition information provided by Shop Rite of Medford.
