Hear ye, hear ye! The Brits are coming. Well at least their Royal Tea is — to the Haddon Fortnightly Clubhouse on Sunday, Sept. 27 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. You will partake in delicate tea sandwiches, lemon and cranberry scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam, dainty desserts and a selection of teas. The public is invited to attend this festive event and the proceeds will help the women’s club maintain their historic clubhouse.
Please join us for this elegant and delicious tea to welcome in the fall season. Enjoy the company of new friends and old, and very importantly raise much needed funds to defray the rising costs of maintaining the historic Fortnighly Clubhouse.
