Moorestown Police Reports for Aug. 15 through Aug. 19

The following reports are on file with the Moorestown Police Department:

On Aug. 15, a 26-year-old female of Cinnaminson was arrested and charged with use of a stolen credit card and criminal attempt to use stolen credit card at Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. She used the credit card to purchase clothing and gift cards and attempted to purchase additional gift cards.

On Aug. 16, a 46-year-old individual of Mt. Laurel was arrested and charged with theft by failure to make required disposition of property received by deceiving the victim of $192,867. The individual was committed to the Burlington County jail on $100,000 with 10 percent bail.

On Aug. 17, an 18-year-old of Moorestown was arrested and charged with shoplifting. He concealed socks valued at $14 from Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. He was released on a summons.

A 24-year-old male of Philadelphia, Pa. was arrested and charged with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property. He entered a vehicle parked at the Moorestown Mall and stole an I-phone valued at $300. He had also entered a vehicle that had been reported stolen. The man was remanded to the Burlington County Jail on $70,000 bail.

A resident of West Third Street came home from the store and placed bags and a Coach handbag on the front porch and unknown actor(s) stole the Coach bag. Nothing of value taken.

A Heat N Glo fireplace valued at $2,360 was taken from a house under construction on Madeira Court.

An employee of McDonalds had their car entered, the windows were down and a universal auxiliary cord valued at $5 was taken.

On Aug. 18, a 29-year-old man of Thorofare was arrested and charged with theft. While employed at HH Gregg on Nixon Drive. The man took $272 in cash from the register by means of fraudulent returns. He was released on a summons.

On Aug. 19, a 63-year-old woman of Feasterville, Pa. was arrested and charged with shoplifting. She concealed assorted women’s clothing and accessories in her pocketbook valued at $89.98 from Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. She was released on a summons.

Due to a domestic dispute the following were arrested and charged: a 50-year-old woman of Moorestown was charged with aggravated assault and committed to the Burlington County Jail on $15,000 bail. A 61-year-old man of Moorestown was charged with simple assault, committed to the Burlington Jail on $5,000 bail.
