Evesham Police investigation into massage parlor leads to prostitution arrests

The following information comes from Evesham Police Lt. Joseph Friel

On June 13, detectives assigned to a proactive detail conducted surveillance at a massage parlor after receiving numerous reports of suspicious activity coming from the S & L Wellness Center Massage Parlor, located at 50 South Maple Ave.

The investigation ultimately led to the arrest of a New York woman who was allegedly using the business to promote prostitution. Detectives conducting surveillance on the location were quickly able to locate an individual who obtained sexual favors in exchange for currency. The following were charged with prostitution related offenses:

Arrested:
A female, age 53, of Flushing, NY was charged with fourth degree promoting prostitution. She was released on her own recognizance.

A female, age 41, of Flushing, NY was charged with a disorderly persons offense for engaging in prostitution. She was released on her own recognizance.

A male, age 44 of Sicklerville, was charged with a disorderly persons offense for engaging in prostitution. He was released on his own recognizance.
