Jenna Babroff of Mann Elementary wins second prize in Outstanding School Safety Patroller of the Year contest.

A Cherry Hill fifth grader finished in second place in AAA South Jersey’s “Outstanding School Safety Patroller of the Year” contest.

Second prize was awarded to Jenna Babroff, a fifth grader at Horace Mann Elementary School in Cherry Hill. She received a plaque, and tickets to Six Flags Great Adventure theme park, Diggerland and Sahara Sam’s.

Students throughout South Jersey were recommended for the award based on their leadership, dependability, academic strength, promptness and industriousness.

AAA School Safety Patrols play an extraordinarily important role in ensuring the safety of thousands of school children daily throughout the AAA South Jersey region Patrollers being honored have taken enormous responsibility and have risen to the top by demonstrating excellence and leadership.
