Operation Yellow Ribbon of South Jersey (OYRSJ) is asking the public to join them this Saturday, June 13, and Sunday June 14, (10 a.m. — 1 p.m. for both days) as volunteers from OYRSJ will be partnering with the Ravitz Family Market owned Shop Rite located at the intersection of Springdale Road and Evesham Road in Cherry Hill.

Each year, The Ravitz Family Markets owned Shop Rites are OYRSJ’s №1 supporter, sponsor and partner in the community with helping raise funds and generating donations of care package items for the brave women and men deployed to the Middle East.

From 10 a.m. — 1 p.m. on both June 13 and June 14, volunteers from OYRSJ will be greeting customers and asking them as they enter the store to consider purchasing one or more care package items and donating them on the way out as customers exit. OYRSJ will then pack the generously donated items and prepare them for shipping to the brave women and men on the OYRSJ care package recipient list.

OYRSJ is most grateful for the continuous generosity and support provided by The Ravitz Family Markets in helping support the troops as well as all their generous efforts and giving within the community all year round. In addition, OYRSJ also gives thanks to Shop Rite’s most generous customers and their amazing staff.
