Friends of Cherry Hill Public Library awards scholarships to Cherry Hill high school seniors

The Friends of the Cherry Hill Public Library held its annual Volunteer Breakfast on May 28 where Scholarships were awarded to four Cherry Hill High Schools students entering their freshman year of college.

First place winner and Cherry Hill High School East graduate Lokesh Shah received a $1,250 scholarship. Shah will attend the University of Pennsylvania and major in biochemistry.

Second place winner and Cherry Hill High School West graduate Sarah Kelley received $1000. She will attend New College of Florida and major in English.

Third place winner and Cherry Hill High School East graduate Fanyi Meng received $500. She will attend Rutgers University New Brunswick and major in political science and business administration.

Fourth place winner and Cherry Hill High School West graduate Zhisheng Shao received $500. He will attend the University of Pennsylvania and major in biology.
