Evesham Police arrest two males for distribution of drugs in school zone
The following information comes from Lt. Joseph Friel and the Evesham Township Police Department:
On April 22 at 10:30 p.m., an Evesham Police Officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Greentree Road after observing a vehicle speeding. During the investigation the officer developed suspicion that the occupants were in possession of narcotics. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of the synthetic drug Molly and marijuana. The two occupants were arrested.
Arrested:
A male, age 21, of Marlton, was charged with third degree distribution of Molly in a school zone, third degree possession of Molly, fourth degree distribution of marijuana in a school zone, and a disorderly persons offense for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting $10,000 bail.
A male, age 21, of Marlton, was charged with third degree distribution of Molly in a school zone, third degree possession of Molly, fourth degree distribution of marijuana in a school zone, and a disorderly persons offense for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail in default of $15,000 bail.
