Below are some news stories happening at Seneca High School.

1) Senior Matt Fillion and junior Josh Geisor auditioned for and were accepted to the All-South Jersey jazz band. The band will perform at Seneca High School on Sunday, April 19 at 3:00 PM.

2) Senior Cailey Talbot won the Elizabeth Coleman White STEM Award. The award/scholarship is from the Burlington County Advisory on Women Council. Each school in the county is allowed to nominate one girl from their school who is interested in STEM. There are two high school awards, a STEM award and a Women’s Advocacy award. Cailey wants to become a doctor and study the intersection between cognitive psychology and neuroscience with a focus on mental illness.

3) Amy Burke, Nicole Fullerton, Carlee Patton and Alexa Chaloupka all were recipients of the 2015 DECA Emerging Leader Honor Award. The link with the rest of the story is below:
