Chester and I were both in college at the time, he attended Rutgers University and I went to Widener University. I was signed up for an online dating website and met a few guys but it didn’t really seem to be going anywhere. I was getting ready to remove my profile when I received a message from Chester, which was the initial contact. Unlike a like of men I have met in the past he was a genuinely nice person and he could definitely make me laugh, on our first date he gave me a single red rose.
We got engaged on October 10, 2014. He proposed at our home in Medford that we own together and caught me completely off guard. Boy was I surprised! In November, we celebrated our 10-year anniversary and I look forward to spending the rest of my life with my best friend!
