Nicole Donoian-Pody re-appointed to New Jersey Judiciary’s District IV Fee Arbitration Committee

The Law Offices of Charny, Charny and Karpousis, a firm concentrating in divorce and family law practice based in Mt. Laurel, has re-appointed partner Nicole Donoian-Pody to the New Jersey Judiciary’s District IV Fee Arbitration Committee for a four-year term. Now in her second term, Donoian-Pody chairs one of the several committees designated in each county.

According to the New Jersey Judiciary website, the New Jersey Supreme Court established the attorney fee arbitration system to provide clients with a fair, efficient, economical and expeditious means of resolving fee disputes and to foster public confidence in the legal profession. Fee arbitration committees are composed of both attorneys and public members who volunteer their time and have been directly appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve without compensation.
