The Haddonfield Tennis Association will conduct two six-week tennis programs for juniors, ages 6 to 13, on Sundays at the Centennial Tennis Courts and Tuesdays at Tavistock Hills Swim Club. A six-week tennis program for adults will be offered on Sundays at the Centennial Tennis Courts. The Sunday programs will begin on March 22 and the Tuesday program on March 24. Participants are encouraged to register early, as space is limited.
The cost of each program is $65.
Class times for the Sunday program are: ages 6 to 8 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., ages 9 to 10 from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., ages 11 to 13 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and adults from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Class times for the Tuesday program are: ages 6 to 8 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., ages 9 to 10 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., and ages 11 to 13 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The program is directed by Mitch Winkler. Mitch has been tennis director for the Haddonfield Tennis Association for over 15 years. He is a former Courier Post All South Jersey Player of the Year and Philadelphia Inquirer High School Girls Tennis Coach of the Year.
