Medford Police investigating theft of concrete from Marone Contractors

The following information was provided by the Medford Township Police Department.

On Jan. 22 at 7:49 a.m., Medford Police units responded to Montclair Road for a caller reporting a theft of concrete forms. Upon arrival contact was made with the foreman for Marone Contractors. The foreman stated that someone stole 23 three-foot by eight-foot concrete forms valued at $300 each, 10 16-inch by eight-foot forms valued at $200 each and 12 eight-inch by eight-foot forms valued at $100 each. Total loss was $10,100.

The investigation into the theft is ongoing. Anyone who may have seen suspicious vehicles in the area, or is aware of subjects attempting to sell or scrap these items should call Medford Police at (609) 267–8300 or the Anonymous Citizen Tipline at (609) 714–0302.
