The following reports are on file with the Evesham Township police department:

• The following incidents occurred on Monday, Dec. 1:

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: Pedestrian stop investigation led to warrant arrest of subject.

Route 73 South — Contempt of Court: During the investigation of a motor vehicle collision. The subject was found to have multiple ATS warrants

Main Street, East — Bad Check: Bad check complaint.

Tenby Lane — Theft: Victim reported items stolen from unlocked vehicle during overnight hours.

• The following incidents occurred on Tuesday, Dec. 2:

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: During MV stop, male was arrested on two active ATS warrants which were issued out of Hackettstown.

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop led to warrant arrest.

Route 73 South — Theft: An employee was arrested for a theft from Bernie Robbins.

Forestview Court — Harassment: Victim was harassed by suspect via text messages.

Grayson Court — Theft: Theft from motor vehicle overnight.

Jefferson Avenue — Fraud: IRS fraud.

Main Street, East — Harassment: During an investigation the female suspect who was highly intoxicated kicked and slapped her male friend while patrol was on location.

Shalstone Lane — Theft of MV: Reported motor vehicle theft, believed to be taken by son. Vehicle returned.

Stow Road — Hit and Run: Video from hit and run entered into evidence.

Tuckerton Road — Found Property: Found license. Attempt to contact was unsuccessful.

• The following incidents occurred on Tuesday, Dec. 3:

Route 73 North — Found Property: Found wallet with NJ drivers license.

Route 73 South — Found Property: Found NJ drivers license.

Cottonwood Drive — Burglary: Residential burglary via forced entry through rear slider.

Maple Avenue, North — Harassment: Verbal dispute called in by a third party.

Pheasant Court — Burglary: Victim reported that her vacant residence was burglarized three months ago and her storm door was damaged on this date.

Shari Court — Credit Card Fraud: Subject reported credit card fraud.

Sweetfern Court — CDS-Possession: Suspect was found to be in possession of suspected CDS during squad call.

Tara Terrace — Harassment: Victim may have been contacted several times by a subject over a 30-year period

Williamsburg Court — CDS-Distribution: NTF investigation led to search warrant on Williamsburg Court. The resident was arrested for distribution of CDS and possession of CDS.

Wyndmere Road — Fraud: Victim notified police of possible phone fraud from IRS crime investigation unit.

• The following incidents occurred on Wednesday, Dec. 4:

Route 73 North — SCIP Outreach: Missing suicidal person located and taken to SCIP after motor vehicle stop.

Centre Boulevard — Harassment: A recently terminated employee sent a harassing email to the business.

Granville Court — Theft: Victim had packages stolen off of front porch.

Hibiscus Drive — Theft: Victim never received Xbox in the mail.

Parkdale Place — Identity Theft: Victim came into PD to report she is a victim of identity theft.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Suspect was sentenced to 180 days in Burlington County Jail after being found guilty of fourth DWI offense. Suspect was committed to Burlington County Jail.

• The following incidents occurred on Friday, Dec. 5:

Route 70 East — Shoplifting: Shoplifter in custody at Walmart.

Faybrooke Drive — Burglary: Jewelry removed from residence. Forced entry found.

Inverness Circle — Fraud: Attempted IRS fraud.

Maple Avenue, North — CDS-Possession: DWI checkpoint-suspect found in possession of CDS.

Maple Avenue, North — DW Checkpoint: Conducted pre/post drive through of DWI checkpoint with no problems.

Maple Avenue, North — CDS-Possession: DWI checkpoint. Suspect found in possession of CDS.

Tomlinson Mill Road — CDS-Possession: Investigation by Cherokee HS produced a prescription bottle with pills and residue believed to be marijuana.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Suspect was arrested by Winslow Police Department on Evesham warrant. Was picked up and transported to Burlington County Jail.

• The following incidents occurred on Saturday, Dec. 6:

Route 73 South — Contempt of Court: Subject arrested for warrant during a motor vehicle stop.

Route 73 South — Found Property: Victims purse was found and returned.

Alexandra Court — Criminal Mischief: Victim reported that someone threw feces on his front porch.

Bergan Court — Criminal Mischief: Unknown person damaged the victim’s Christmas lights.

Lexington Circle — Fraud: Subject reported that a hiring agency claimed that his social security number was incorrect.

Maple Avenue, North — Fraud: Victim reported an attempted fraud by cell phone.

Nanitoke Court — Lost Property: Victim stated he lost his wallet.

Roberts Lane — Identity Theft: Identity theft of credit cards and debit card.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Suspect was transported from Cherry Hill Police Department to Burlington County Jail in lieu of bail for an Evesham warrant.

• The following incidents occurred on Sunday, Dec. 7:

Route 70 East — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop led to arrest for warrant.

Route 70 East — Contempt of Court: Male arrested for five warrants. Committed to BCJ.

Route 70 West — Contempt of Court: Suspect was arrested for an ATS warrant during a motor vehicle stop.

Crown Royal Parkway — Hindering/contempt of Court: Subject was reported to be suspicious in the area of Five Crown Royal. After locating subject he was found to have an active warrant and hindered his own apprehension.

Dorchester Circle — Missing Person: Subject went to a football game after party and has not returned home.

Glenview Court — Megan’s Law: Subject reported that he was moving and wanted to report it.

Main Street, East — Terroristic Threats: Victim reported suspect told her that he was going to shoot her via phone. Incident occurred in Philadelphia.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Subject picked up at Camden County Jail and transported to Burlington County Jail on Evesham warrant.

Vista Drive — Robbery: Male arrested after he threatened a cab driver with a knife.

• The following incidents occurred on Monday, Dec. 8:

Route 73 South — Robbery: Victim notified police while he was parked in a parking lot in the Promenade, a subject entered his car and took victims phone and cash.

Bortons Road — Harassment: Victim reports phone scam from unknown subject.

Evesham Road — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop led to ATS warrant arrest.

Greentree Road — Lost Property: Male reported losing wallet.

Maple Avenue, North — Criminal Mischief: Victims Christmas wreath was damaged.

Sandwood Drive — Burglary: Victim reported burglary by ex-girlfriend.

Tuckerton Road — Surrender ammunition: Male surrendered ammunition for destruction.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Defendant was arrested at Camden County Jail for an outstanding warrant out of Evesham.

Tuckerton Road — Lost Property: Victims husband reported a tag for their boat trailer was lost or stolen in Wildwood.

• The following incidents occurred on Tuesday, Dec. 9:

Route 70 East — Shoplifting: Subject arrested subsequent to Walmart notifying ETPD of shoplifting.

Baker Boulevard — Burglary: Forced entry to residence of ex-boyfriend. Ransacked and damaged interior contents within.

Meadowview Circle — Suspicious Activity: Victim reported a phone scam.

Somerset LA — Fraud: Fraudulent check sent.

Teaberry Court — Contempt of Court: Suspect arrested for 2 warrants out of Moorestown.

Tuckerton Road — Hit and Run: Hit and run MVA. Temp PA registration taken to investigate fraudulent document.

Tuckerton Road — NCIC Warrant: During a DWI investigation it was discovered that the driver had an NCIC warrant.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court:

Took custody of male and lodged in BCJ on Evesham warrant.

• The following incidents occurred on Wednesday, Dec. 10:

Route 70 West — Shoplifting: Subject arrested for shoplifting at Kohl’s.

Route 73 North — CDS-Possession: Motor vehicle stop resulted in consent to search and arrest for possession of CDS. NCIC hit located and confirmed. Lodged Burlington County Jail.

Brick Road — DWI: During a suspicious vehicle investigation, it was discovered that the driver had CDS in the vehicle.

Georgia Okeefe Way — Criminal Trespass: Subject got his vehicle stuck on property owned by the victim.

Glenview Court — EMS: Victim was taken into protective custody to be transported to the ER after a second EMS call at the residence where she reportedly stopped breathing.

Lincoln Lane — Fraud: Victim reported fraudulent phone calls to his residence.

Maple Avenue, North — Lost Property: Subject lost his Florida drivers license.

Sycamore Avenue — Fraud: Victim stated he received a fraudulent call from someone stating they were the IRS.

• The following incidents occurred on Thursday, Dec. 11:

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: On a motor vehicle stop, subject found to have an Evesham warrant.

Route 73 South — Assist other PD/Missing Person: Patrol units Gloucester Township PD with a missing persons investigation.

Evesboro-Medford Road — Terroristic Threats: Victim reported threats over Facebook by an unknown subject.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Suspect was arrested in court for multiple warrants out of Evesham.

• The following incidents occurred on Friday, Dec. 12:

Route 70 West — Shoplifting: Suspect was arrested for shoplifting at Kohl’s.

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop resulted in ATS warrant arrest.

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: Suspect was arrested for an NCIC warrant, following a motor vehicle stop.

Route 73 South — Contempt of Court: Subject arrested on ATS warrant during traffic stop.

Bridgewater Drive — Harassment: Suspect continuously calls the victim, his soon to be ex- wife.

Carter Lane — Identify Theft: Victim came into police headquarters to report she is a victim of identity theft.

Elkins Lane — Harassment: Harassment complaint.

Greentree Road — Harassment: The victim’s ex-boyfriend started an argument with her at work.

Kettering Court — Harassment: Verbal argument.

Larkspur Drive — Fraud: Fraud phone call attempted.

Main Street, East — Harassment: Domestic violence verbal harassment.

Maple Avenue, North — Theft: Theft of clothing.

Sussex Road — Missing Person: 15 year old runaway. Juvenile located.

• The following incidents occurred on Saturday, Dec. 13:

Route 70 East — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop resulted in ATS warrant arrest.

Chelsea Court — Found Property: Subject found go-kart style bike.

Maple Avenue, North — Fraud: Victim was involved in a scam incident over the phone.
