Over 240 congregants attended The Celebration of Us, a party held on Oct. 26 to celebrate Rabbi Jennifer Frenkel’s installation as senior rabbi at Congregation M’kor Shalom in Cherry Hill.
Cherry Hill Councilwoman Melinda Kane presented the rabbi with proclamations from the state and Cherry Hill Township. Guests enjoyed a video created by congregant Steve Janove of Cherry Hill, music and dancing, and hors d’oeuvres and dessert. A commemorative journal was also presented to Frenkel.

The event co-chairs were Clara and Larry Schreiber and Jill and David Akre, all residents of Cherry Hill.
