Election Day approaching for Shamong residents

Tuesday, Nov. 4 is Election Day and Shamong residents will have the opportunity to vote for local, state and national offices.

There are two seats open on the Shamong Township Board of Education as incumbent Melissa Ciliberti seeks re-election against newcomers Susan Daniels and Greg Rosenthal.

Republican Martin Mozitis will run unopposed for re-election to the Shamong Township Committee.

Cory Booker (D) and Jeff Bell (R) are on the ballot for U.S. Senate. Tom MacArthur (R) and Aimee Belgard (D) represent the candidates for the House of Representatives.

Democrats Tom Pullion and Michael Schmidt and Republicans Bruce Garganio and Mary Ann O’Brien represent the choices for the Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders.

Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. at all locations. Below is a full list of polling districts:

Districts 1, 3: Shamong Township municipal building, 105 Willow Grove Road.

Districts 2, 4: Lenape Regional High School District headquarters, 93 Willow Grove Road.
