The Mabel Kay Senior Center is having a busy fall season of events

The Mabel Kay Senior Center at 24 Walnut Street is looking forward to a busy Fall season. Our area seniors enjoyed the summer season, which climaxed with our “End of Summer” picnic that was held this past Saturday.
We are open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Come in and pick up our monthly calendar of events. Art Workplace, bridge, bingo, cardio for seniors, computer club, tai chi, line dancing and light aerobics are weekly. No registration is required. Just come and enjoy.
Friendly Friday programs offer special guests, interesting topics both informative and entertaining. Each Friday refreshments are served.
There is a no sign-in library with over 800 books. We are the official Food Drop Off for the Senior Food Shelf of Camden County which serves dire need senior citizens.
Coming up this fall, we look forward to presenting our Annual Thanksgiving Dinner. Feel free to stop in at 24 Walnut Street and pick up your program schedule, which will give you the times and the location of each activity. Keep in mind that all our programs are geared for seniors of all ages. Our physical classes are specialized and customized for either standing or sitting while participating. Our facility though small has a family atmosphere.
