The following information was provided by the Medford Township Police Department.
On Oct. 2 at 9:41 p.m., Medford Township Police, Fire and EMS personnel responded to Dixontown Road at Timber Green Court for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
Police investigation revealed that a juvenile driver of a Hyundai Santa Fe was traveling north on Dixontown Road and looked down for a moment, subsequently impacting a Volkswagon Jetta operated by a 52-year-old man that had stopped in traffic in the northbound travel lane.
Two subjects in each vehicle were transported to Virtua Hospital in Voorhees for medical evaluations for various non-life threatening injuries.
