Both occupants denied ownership of the property. They were both arrested for having the drugs in plain view. The room was then secured and a search warrant obtained. The subsequent search revealed over two ounces of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

The suspects, a 40 year-old man from Clifton Heights, Penn. and a 30-year-old woman from Philadelphia were charged with distribution of cocaine, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both subjects were remanded to the Camden County Jail in lieu of $35,000 full cash bail.
