Prepare to do your holiday shopping early this year! The Haddonfield United Methodist Church will again host its highly anticipated and extremely popular Thrifty Treasures/Indoor Rummage Sale at the end of September. There will be a great variety of items for sale. The sale dates are Thursday, Sept. 25 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday, Sept. 26 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 27 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
For your gastronomic pleasure, fresh home-baked goods will be available for purchase during the Rummage Sale on Thursday and Friday. Additionally, there will be a soup, sandwich and beverage lunch for purchase on Friday from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
As you’re cleaning out your house, remember, you may donate your tax-deductible items to the sale on Tuesday Sept. 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday, Sept. 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and for your convenience there is an elevator available to access Fellowship Hall.
Please understand we cannot accept large exercise equipment, large pieces of furniture, magazines, computers or used shoes for adults and children over 5 years of ages, nor will anything combustible be accepted.
We greatly appreciate your donations, as the proceeds of the Thrifty Treasures Rummage Sale go to the missions programs of HUMC and the United Methodist Women. Come fill you body and soul while you do your holiday shopping.
