Richard M. Hluchan, partner at Hyland Levin LLP of Marlton, elected President of the Delaware Valley Environmental American Inn of Court

Richard M. Hluchan, of Haddonfield, has been elected President of the Delaware Valley Environmental American Inn of Court. He will serve as President-elect for 2014–15, and President for 2015–16. Comprised of judges, lawyers, law professors and law students, the Inns of Court serve to improve their members’ legal skills, and foster professionalism, civility and ethics. The Delaware Valley Environmental American Inn of Court was founded in 1996 and was one of the first Inns of Court in the country to specialize in environmental law. Hluchan practices environmental and land use law with Hyland Levin LLP, Marlton, where he is a partner.
