Peter J. Boyer of Hyland Levin LLP authored chapter in ‘Business Torts: A Practical Guide to Litigation’

Hyland Levin LLP is pleased to announce that Peter J. Boyer has authored a chapter in a book entitled “Business Torts: A Practical Guide to Litigation” which has just been published by the American Bar Association’s First Chair Press. Peter authored the Chapter on Summary Judgment, which discusses strategic considerations and practice pointers in filing or responding to a motion for summary judgment in a business torts case. Peter is Vice Chair of the ABA Litigation Section’s Business Torts and Unfair Competition Committee. A partner in the firm, Peter concentrates his practice in the litigation of business and commercial disputes.
