Burlington County Freeholder Director Bruce Garganio announced that the Burlington County Farmers Market and the Marine Corps League Detachment # 695, will once again be celebrating “Christmas in July” on Saturday, July 19.

“Every year the Marine Corps League Detachment # 695 collects toys for children throughout Burlington County,” said Freeholder Director Garganio. “Last Christmas, through the generous support of the County’s residents, MCLD #695 collected approximately 42,000 toys which were distributed to over 13,000 children in the County.”

The Marine Corps League Detachment # 695 from Burlington will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for their 2014 Toys for Tots toy drive to be distributed during the holidays.

A special guest appearance from Santa will occur at 11 am. Santa will be arriving in style, riding a red convertible guided by his “reindeer” from the Warriors’ Watch Riders motorcycle group. Warriors’ Watch provides motorcycle escorts for military units and individual warriors both upon deployments and homecomings.
