Evesham Police Department and Burlington County Prosecutors Office execute search warrant in Marlton
The following information comes from Lt. Joseph Friel of the Evesham Township Police Department:
On May 17, the Evesham Police Department and Burlington County Prosecutors Office Narcotics Task Force, through an on-going investigation into the sale of marijuana executed a search warrant at a home in the unit block of Denver Road.
During this search warrant execution marijuana, a vehicle and six guns were seized by investigators.
The following individuals were arrested:
A male, age 25, of Marlton was charged with third-degree distribution of marijuana in a school zone, third-degree distribution of marijuana, and third degree possession of marijuana. He was released after posting bail.
A male, age 23, of Marlton, was charged third degree resisting arrest, fourth-degree obstruction of justice and a disorderly persons offense for possession of marijuana. He was released after posting bail.
