Evesham Fire-Rescue conducting spring recruitment drive for volunteer firefighters and EMTs

Evesham Fire-Rescue is a Fire and Emergency Medical Services organization that proudly provides emergency services to over 48,000 residents. They are consistently one of the busiest departments in all of South Jersey.

Their goal is to provide quality Fire and EMS to the residents and visitors of Evesham Township.

However, they can’t do that without the public’s help.

The fire-rescue will be conducting a spring recruitment drive from now through May 3 for resident volunteer firefighters and EMTs.

Evesham Fire-Rescue provides professional training at no cost to the volunteer, free uniforms and protective equipment and access to fully equipped exercise rooms.

In addition to responding to life threatening emergencies, they also participate in community events such as Harvest Festival, Winter Festival and Fourth of July Parade just to name a few.

They also deliver public education programs such as fire prevention and CPR classes.

They also assist the Operation Yellow Ribbon of South Jersey with military homecoming ceremonies in the township.
