During the investigation it was determined that four juveniles were in possession of an open bottle of vodka in the vehicle, and during a search of the vehicle police also located a quantity of marijuana packaged and concealed for sale, a small digital scale, cash, and a glass smoking pipe.

All four juveniles were taken into custody and transported to the Medford Twp. Public Safety Building for processing. All four were charged with underage possession of alcohol, and a 16-year-old female was additionally charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The juveniles were released to their respective parents pending an appearance in Burlington County Family Court.
