Haddonfield Professionals Committee looking for new members after March 6 networking event

Dozens of area professionals and business owners attended the Haddonfield Professionals Committee of the Partnership for Haddonfield’s networking event on March 6. The event welcomed local professionals at MiaMare Ristorante in Haddonfield.

Featured speaker Susan Hodges, chairperson for the Partnership for Haddonfield, addressed the crowd of local professionals from Haddonfield and surrounding Camden County communities, including Collingswood, Haddon Heights, Moorestown and Cherry Hill. After the presentation, the group met for one hour of networking and business card exchanging.

“The Professionals Networking event allows local professionals to meet up with old friends, exchange contact information, and come up with new ideas,” John C. Picking, Professionals Committee chairperson. “It is a great networking opportunity for professionals throughout Camden County to come together and network with one another,” Picking said.

The Haddonfield Professionals Committee is a part of the Partnership for Haddonfield, the management corporation for Haddonfield’s Business Improvement District. The ordinance that created the district was adopted on Feb. 10, 2004, to encourage self-help and self-financing programs within the business community, among other objectives.
