Mt. Laurel Police searching for suspects in two 7–11 robberies

The following information was provided by the Mt. Laurel Police Department.

An employee of the 7–11 located at the corner of Route 73 and Ramblewood Parkway reported an armed robbery. The incident occurred at approximately 1:20 a.m. on Jan. 16. The victim reported two male actors wearing dark colored hooded sweatshirts and ski masks entered the store. One suspect produced a dark colored handgun and demanded the victim produce the cash contents of the register. $30 in cash and approximately $80 in cigarettes were taken. Both actors are reported to have left on foot toward Route 73. No injuries were reported.

An employee of the 7–11 located at the corner of Marne Highway and Larchmont Boulevard reported an armed robbery. The incident occurred at approximately 1:32 a.m. on Jan. 16. The victim reported a male actor wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, and a ski mask entered the store and produced a dark colored handgun. The actor demanded the victim turn over the cash contents of the register and left on foot toward Ark Road. An undetermined amount of cash and cigarettes were taken. No injuries were reported.
