Residents are reminded that 4th Quarter Tax Payments are due Nov. 1. As the normal 10 day grace period falls on a Sunday and the Township Office is closed the following Monday, the deadline for making your payment is Tuesday, Nov. 12.
Failure to make payment of all outstanding taxes by this date will result in an automatic tax sale status as of Wednesday, Nov. 13. This will result in publication of names in the newspaper as well as additional fees assessed to the property for interest and advertising costs. Payments received after Nov. 12 will require payment in the form of certified funds.
