The vehicle was occupied with the lights on.

Detectives checked the vehicle and observed the driver packaging suspected marijuana for sale.

He was arrested and identified as a 24-year-old male of Blackwood.

The suspect was charged with manufacturing, dispensing and distributing, possession of marijuana (more than 50 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Judge Peter Lange ordered bail set at $31,000 full cash.
