ā€œA positive camp experience can help children learn, grow and thrive,ā€ said Dana Collins, Executive Director of Child Care and Camp. ā€œOur ā€˜Send Kids to Y Campā€™ campaign is about giving all children in Burlington and Camden counties the opportunity to attend summer day camp. The campaign will provide over $75,000 in camp scholarships to families inĀ need.ā€

Additional subsidies of nearly $200,000 will be provided this year for camps with special populations. This funding will benefit Camp No Worries (camps for children living with cancer and their siblings), and Camp Connections (children with specialĀ needs).

To purchase Riversharks tickets or to make an online donation to support Send Kids to Y Camp, visit www.ymca-bc.org, stop by the Mt. Laurel YMCA or Burlington-Riverfront YMCA.
