LETTER: Widening Route 70 would alleviate flow problems

With all the widening of Route 70 over the past few years, taking out the circle and adding more lights, to make the traffic “flow better,” it all comes to a screeching halt at Greenbrook Drive.

Down from six lanes to Route 73, then four lanes for a mile or so, then to one each way.

Want traffic to flow better? Widen the road to at least four lanes, two each way.

I remember the days when you would have to sit and wait only on Friday nights. That has changed to every weeknight. Friday nights have turned into a nightmare. Thank you for listening.
