All are necessary for a successful transition out of foster care into adulthood.

If are interested in working with our Youth Transition Program please contact Lisa McIntosh-Harris, AmeriCorps Volunteer Manager at (856) 858–4488 or lmcintoshharris@casaofcamdencounty.org.
