Atlantic City Electric will conduct a test of its out-bound phone notification system Thursday, Feb. 28 from 4 to 9 p.m.
During this time, all customers will receive a phone call and recorded message stating that Atlantic City Electric is testing its automated communication system used to contact customers during significant events and emergencies.
