On Dec. 7, the Evesham Police Department, through an on-going investigation into the sale of crack cocaine executed a search warrant at a home in the unit block of Hanover Road in Marlton.
During this search warrant execution, crack cocaine and items used in the sale and manufacturing of drugs were seized by investigators.
The suspect, age 39, of Marlton was charged with third-degree distribution of crack cocaine, third-degree distribution of crack cocaine in a school zone, third-degree possession of crack cocaine and a disorderly person’s offense for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.
