Four year old from Voorhees wins 1st place in Medford Halloween Parade

Voorhees resident, Jacqueline Kishbaugh, 4, won 1st place in the Medford Halloween Parade on Saturday, Oct. 27. Her brother, John, and his teenage friends accompanied her. She went at Cinderella; John went as Prince Charming, and his friends went as the glass slipper, the clock, and the two evil stepsisters.
