Halloween hours

Halloween trick-or-treating hours are between 2 to 8 p.m. Residents wishing to participate in the Halloween celebration are asked to turn on their porch lights.Curfew for individuals 17 years old and under is set for 8 p.m. and will be strictly enforced by the police department.
