Social media expert to speak at next Guardian Hour of Power Lunch Seminar

Social media marketing expert Bryan Klugh will be the featured speaker at the next “Guardian Hour of Power Lunch Seminar” to be held on Wednesday, Oct. 10.

Klugh is senior partner of VisionLine Media of Collingswood, a leading internet design and web hosting company. He will be speaking on the topic “Using Social Media to Grow Your Real Estate Business.”

Sponsored by Guardian Settlement Agents, one of the state’s top title agencies serving all of New Jersey’s 21 counties, the seminar will begin at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 10 at Guardian’s South Jersey headquarters at 1000 Lincoln Drive East, Suite Two, in Marlton. Lunch will be served and there is no charge to attend.

“Social media marketing is the future of real estate, and small businesses in general,” said Guardian CEO Christopher J. Brown. “Bryan’s company coordinates all our websites and online initiatives and he keeps us on the cutting edge of technology and marketing strategy.”

As senior partner, Klugh is the face of VisionLine Media and usually is the first person from the team to meet with clients. He is a graduate of Temple University’s advertising and journalism program and has been working in the technology field for more than a decade.

VisionLine was founded in 2001 and has grown to represent hundreds of clients, including a handful of Fortune 500 companies, as well as a number of nationally recognized brands. The company creates individual development plans and accompanying project scope documentation customized for each customer. The goal is to achieve positive results and increased revenues.

The next “Hour of Power” seminar will be held on the second Wednesday of Nov. 14, and will feature Realtor John Swartz from RE/MAX Connection, the number one-ranked RE/MAX real estate company in New Jersey. Swartz, who works out of the agency’s Turnersville office, will be speaking on the topic “How to Bid on HUD Homes.”
