Girls U11 Comets wins first game of the season

The Moorestown Soccer Club’s U11 Girls Comets Team started their season off with a decisive victory over Timberbirch Broadmoor Athletic Association (TBAA) on Saturday, Sept.8 with a score of 2 to zero. The two outstanding offensive scorers were Cali Barton and Alex Magda.Thanks to the teams’ fearless defenders, Julia Sullivan, Julianna Larusso, Camila Orellano, and team goalie, Hanna Weinstein, the Comets were able to keep TBAA from scoring the entire game and provide a promising start to their fall season.
