Haddonfield residents ring closing bell

On July 23, at 4 p.m., the executive management team from RPM Performance Coatings Group, an RPM International Inc. affiliated company headquartered in Maple Shade rang the time honored closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange in celebration of reaching $1 billion in sales. The company, which began in 1997, has acquired more than ten leader-in-industry companies who collectively offer corrosion control products and building solutions to industries in more than 25 countries.

Many of the members of the RPM Performance Coatings Group began their business careers with the Maple Shade based flooring division of RPM PCG, Stonhard. Dave Reif, CEO and President of RPM PCG and long standing Haddonfield resident is joined by his executive management team; Mark McGonigle, CFO, Peggy Fynan, Executive VP International Marketing, Greg Michael, VP Finance, Paul Patti, VP Information Technology and Pat Shea, VP International Finance (also a Haddonfield resident) had the distinction of ringing the closing bell, a tradition that dates back to 1903 to indicate the end of trading for the day. Other company leaders included in the ceremony were Alan Brooks, President StonCor Canada, Dick Wilson, President, Carboline and Eric Breiner, President, Fibergrate. Frank Sullivan, CEO and Ron Rice, President of RPM International Inc., respectively joined the group in New York to pay tribute to their achievement of reaching one billion dollars in sales.
