Middle-aged man attempts to lure minor in Marlton neighborhood

According to the Evesham Police Department, a composite drawing of a suspect will be released in relation to the July 9 luring incident in the Kings Grant Development.

The 15-year-old victim reported she was dropped off by the school bus at the intersection of Kings Grant Drive and Coventry Circle when approached by a man and was offered a ride home.

According to the report, the driver was a 50 year-old male with salt-and-peppered colored hair, a dark, short-trimmed beard and a white t-shirt. He reportedly drove a white cargo van with only the driver and passenger windows and was last seen on Coventry Circle.

Recently, investigators were able to re-interview the victim, who was able to provide a sketch artist, from the New Jersey State Police, a detailed description of the man who attempted to lure her in his van. This sketch is now available on the Evesham Police Department’s Facebook Page.

If anyone can identify the male depicted in the sketch or has information on this incident, please contact the Evesham Police Department at 856–983–1116, the Confidential Tip Line at 856–983–4699 or email at Facebook@Eveshampd.org. Anonymous tips can text ETPDTIP to 847411.
