Car theft in Haddonfield

The following incidents can be found on file with the Haddonfield Police Department:

• A Springfield Terrace resident reported to police on June 2 at 9:13 p.m. that her vehicle was stolen earlier in the afternoon. It had been parked out in front of her home at the time of the incident.

The car was a two door, blue/green 1995 Honda Civic. It’s missing all four of its hubcaps, the victim reported.

• A resident said that while driving along Centre Street on May 26 at 9:03 p.m. his car was hit with several unknown objects thrown from a car traveling in the opposite direction.

When he got out of his vehicle he found that the objects thrown at his car were eggs. There was no damage to the vehicle.

• A Linden Avenue resident reported to police on May 22 at 10:50 a.m. that there was an electrical fire behind the oven in his apartment.

When the police officers arrived on scene they saw a visible fire in the apartment. The entire complex was evacuated until the fire company arrived on scene.
