Haddonfield Crew opens its junior rowing program

Once again the Haddonfield Crew Club is excited to announce its junior rowing program open to current seventh and eighth grade students. The program will begin on Monday, May 21 and continue to Friday, June 8 (no program on Memorial Day). It will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. daily at the Camden County Boathouse on Park Drive in Pennsauken. Rowers will be introduced to the sport of crew with both land and water instruction given by the Haddonfield Memorial High School current coaching staff along with college level rowers and current high school crew members. Students will receive a complimentary Haddonfield Crew t-shirt and be treated to a pizza party. We cordially invite you to come join the fun and learn this great sport.

Registration will begin Friday, April 20 for any current eighth grade students and on Friday, April 27, 2012 for any current seventh graders and remaining eighth grade students. The cost of the program is $215 and spaces are limited to the first 36 fully paid and registered participants so please sign up early. After the program is filled, students will be placed on a waiting list. HCC will make every effort to make spaces available; however, there is no guarantee.
