Haddonfield BOE candidates named for open seat

Four candidates will be interviewed by the Haddonfield Board of Education to fill the vacant seat on the BOE after Lynn Biehn resigned from the board in March.

Eric Carlson, Kevin Dimideo, Maureen Eyles, and Glenn R. George will be interviewed to fill the open seat. Each candidate officially submitted a resume for the seat and will all be interviewed on the same night. The BOE will then vote on which candidate would fill the seat the best.

The board opened itself up for application to the BOE seat for 60 days after Biehn’s resignation for interested applicants from the Haddonfield community, Superintendent Rich Perry said. Whoever is appointed to the open seat will run until the end of the year and then have to run in the next election cycle if they wish to retain their seat.
