What kind of scumbag steals a charity donation jar in Moorestown?

The following items can be found on file with the Moorestown Township Police Department:

• A resident from the first block of Hogan Way reported to police on Dec. 2 at 8 a.m. for a burglary to an unlocked vehicle sometime overnight. Two pairs of sunglasses were taken from the car.

• A resident from the 400 block of Route 38 reported a theft of a donation jar on Dec. 2 at 1:07 p.m. $100 to $150 were in the jar.
