Resident charged with endangering the welfare of children

On Sept. 27 at approximately 10:30 a.m., Medford Township detectives arrested Scott H. Frankish of Spruce Drive in Medford Township after a joint investigation with the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office and the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which began in July 2010. The investigation revealed that computers belonging to Frankish seized as a result of an earlier search warrant served at his residence contained numerous images and videos containing child pornography.

Frankish was charged with endangering the welfare of children (possession of child pornography). He was arrested at his residence, and released pending a court appearance after posting $2,500 bail.
